RaveBae is for ravers to find their people and look out for each other. Treat everyone here the way you’d want to be treated on the dance floor. These guidelines sit alongside our Terms and Conditions; if they ever disagree, the Terms win.
The guidelines
Be kind, or be gone. No harassment, bullying, stalking or threats. No slurs or hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age. We have zero tolerance for this.
Respect a no. If someone doesn’t reply, removes you as a RaveBae or blocks you, let it go. Don’t make new accounts or use group chats to reach them.
Be you. Use your real age and your own photos. Don’t pretend to be someone else, a brand or a promoter you don’t represent.
Keep it consensual. No sexual content without clear consent, no unsolicited explicit photos, and nothing involving minors, ever. RaveBae is 30+.
No selling. No drug sales, no ticket scams or resale fraud, no spam, no pyramid schemes, no paid sexual services.
Keep the scene safe. Don’t encourage dangerous behavior, impaired driving or breaking venue and festival rules. If someone is in danger, call local emergency services first.
Protect privacy. Don’t share someone else’s photos, location, contact details or messages without their permission.
Host honestly. If you create an event or meetup, keep the details accurate and follow venue rules and the law.
How we enforce them
We use an automatic filter, your reports and a human review within 24 hours.
- Automatic filter. Messages, profile names, bios, photo captions, group names and event names are checked for slurs and explicit threats. Anything that matches can’t be sent or saved. If something slips through, it’s removed and shows as “Message removed.”
- Report and block. Long-press any message or open a profile to report or block. Blocking is instant: you won’t see each other or be able to message.
- Human review. Every report goes to our team at support@ravebae.io. We review reports within 24 hours.
- Consequences. Depending on what happened, we may remove content, warn you, limit features, or suspend or permanently remove your account. Zero-tolerance violations (hate, threats, anything involving minors) lead to removal.
- Questions or appeals. Use Settings > Help & feedback in the app, or email support@ravebae.io.
